| Ram with over 30 years of experience in
building successful businesses has been with
VIZIOHUB since one can last remember. His
expertise with an acute eye for Market trends
has always been our trump hand. |

| He has built billion dollar businesses from
small loss making companies, restructured
finances and operations, grown companies through
JVs and M&As, helped develop domestic and export
markets and orchestrated million dollar deals in
Asia, with global partners. |

| His corporate career started with the
Unilever Group in India. As CEO of the Metals
Group, he took a struggling 20 million US dollar
company and, in 5 years, transformed it into a
billion dollar business. |

| Ram used to be an angel investor based in
Singapore with investments in around a dozen IT
start ups in Singapore, India and the US. He was
a co-founder of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE),
Singapore, and a former advisor to a Life
Sciences venture fund in Europe, an IT fund in
India and the iDA, Singapore. He is currently
engaged in mentoring and advising companies on
strategy, business development and corporate
governance. |

| Ram holds an Honours Degree in Mechanical
Engineering from the University of Madras,
India. He is a Fellow of Institution of
Engineers, India, a Member of Mensa
International, and a past member of the YPO. |
